Covid-19 Response Update September 2021
On Wednesday 1st September 2021, school re-opened after the summer holidays. Many of the strict measures were lifted by the government, but in order to control infection, the school will continue to implement staggered starts and finishes to the school day, an enhanced cleaning regime in school and the control movement in and outside of school.

If your child is self-isolating and is well enough to learn, the school will provide remote/home learning. Below, parents can download the Remote Education Policy for Lower Darwen Primary School which details our remote/home learning offer, policy and procedures.
The school has also updated its risk assessment for pupils and staff in school and this can also be downloaded below. This is currently being updated to reflect the new protocols.
