Please read the information below which gives details of our Pupil Premium Grant and how we allocate the funding. For 2023-26, on the first page of the downloadable document, there is an impact statement which measures and analyses our use of this money and its impact on pupils' learning and well being. This is a three-year strategy and is reviewed at least annually. The current plan has been reviewed and updated and takes into account the affects of the pandemic and other factors on pupil premium children.
For 2023-24, 20% of children were eligible for pupil premium funding. The school has been allocated £104,660 from Blackburn with Darwen in funding for these pupils. The statement below shows how we intend to use the funding to improve the attainment and achievement of our pupil premium children in the current plan. It identifies potential barriers for learning for these pupils and our intended outcomes from the use of this money over the next three years. The statement tells you in more detail how we intend to spend this grant and includes a review of outcomes for the previous academic year.
