The curriculum, finance and resources, premises and personnel committees meet three times a year and the school marketing committee meets twice a year. The head teacher performance review committee and pay committee meet annually. The Full Governing Body meets termly. The governing body also has a number statutory committees which meet when required.

The following Statutory Committees must observe the following membership:
Appeals – 3 Governors (not staff) not involved in the matter
Grievance / Complaints and Pay Appeals – 3 Governors (not staff) not involved in the matter
Head Teacher Review, Pay and Performance – Chair, Vice Chair and 1 other Designated Governor (Chair is currently on both as headteacher at top of pay scale).
Pupil Disciplinary – 3 Governors (not staff members)
Staff Dismissal and Disciplinary – 3 Governors (not staff members)
Committee Membership / Chair agreed September 2023 in preparation for 2023-24 academic year.
